Judikiss Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

01Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to judikiss. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the judikiss platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and judikiss as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not continue using this platform.

Judikiss reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the judikiss platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age 18 years — judikiss is a digital entertainment platform exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Any registration attempt by an underage individual is strictly prohibited and the account in question will be terminated immediately.
• Accurate and truthful information — all personal information provided during registration, including full name, date of birth, identification card number, and bank details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
• One account per user — each individual is only permitted to hold one judikiss account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Not a resident of a restricted region — users from regions or countries with legal restrictions on online gambling are not permitted to register.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all judikiss users. You are required to submit identity verification documents upon request, particularly before your first withdrawal or when transaction amounts reach a certain threshold. Accepted documents include a copy of your MyKad or Malaysian Passport.

03Account Security & Responsibility

Every user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. This includes keeping your password, login credentials, and OTP codes confidential.

• Never share your judikiss account password with anyone — including family members and friends.
• Judikiss will never ask for your password via email, text message, or phone call. Report immediately if anyone claiming to represent judikiss requests your Login credentials.
• Use a strong password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account panel for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.

Judikiss is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in maintaining their account security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the judikiss support team immediately.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

Judikiss accepts a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users to simplify the deposit process:

• DuitNow — instant interbank transfer using your phone number or IC number.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — direct transfer from the internet banking of all major Malaysian banks.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit from your Touch 'n Go eWallet.
• GrabPay — deposit using your GrabPay balance.
• Boost — deposit via the Boost eWallet app.

All successfully processed deposits will be credited to your judikiss account within minutes. If there is an unusual delay, please contact our support team with proof of payment.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction. judikiss does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own service charges, which are beyond our control.

05Withdrawal of Winnings

Judikiss users may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• A successful KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your judikiss account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request.
• Any active bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Judikiss reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawal applications as an anti-money laundering precaution.

Withdrawal processing times are typically within 1–3 business days. judikiss endeavours to process all verified withdrawals as promptly as possible; however, actual times may vary depending on the receiving banking institution.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Judikiss offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Judikiss reserves the right to forfeit any bonus that has been misused, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Promotions and bonuses have a limited validity period. Bonuses that expire without meeting the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

07General Game Rules

All games offered on the judikiss platform — including slots, fish shooting, sports, and live casino — operate in accordance with the game rules set by their respective game providers and judikiss guidelines.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, judikiss will attempt to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption. If this is not possible, the affected bets will be returned to the user.
• Judikiss uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness across all probability-based games.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool designed to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

08Accepted User Conduct

Judikiss expects all users to conduct themselves politely and responsibly while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Use of abusive language, threats, or harassment toward judikiss staff or other users through any platform communication channel.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit technical vulnerabilities within the judikiss system.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Money laundering or using the judikiss platform for any illegal activity.
• Identity fraud or making false representations when registering or communicating with the judikiss team.

09Responsible Gaming

Judikiss is an entertainment platform that puts user well-being first. We believe that responsible play is the foundation of a positive and sustainable long-term entertainment experience.

The judikiss platform provides the following self-management tools to help users stay in control:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set the maximum amount that can be deposited within a specified period.
• Loss limits — the system will automatically stop gameplay once the set loss limit has been reached.
• Cool-off period — temporarily lock your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several months.
• Self-exclusion — option to permanently block your account if needed.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Judikiss takes user privacy and personal data protection seriously. All information collected from users is handled in accordance with the separate judikiss Privacy Policy and in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Your personal data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and account management.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Service-related communications, promotions, and platform updates.
• Overall service improvement and user experience enhancement.

Judikiss will not sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties without user consent, unless required by law or court order.

11Account Suspension & Termination

Judikiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, false identity verification, or bonus abuse.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• User's own request to close their account.

In cases where an account suspension arises from a resolvable issue, the user will be given the opportunity to provide an explanation and resolve the matter through judikiss customer support channels. If an account is terminated due to a serious violation, judikiss reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding bonus balance, though the original deposited funds will be returned subject to investigation.

12Terms Amendments & Applicable Laws

Judikiss reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, although every effort will be made to inform registered users of material changes through appropriate communication channels.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. The date of the most recent update is stated at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the judikiss platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by judikiss.
